These highly trained personnel are experts at identifying, transporting, disarming, and neutralizing bombs. Personnel usually attend the FBI’s Hazardous Devices School at Redstone Arsenal. Specialized equipment includes bomb trucks, robots, containment vessels, bomb suits, demolition tools, and rigging equipment.
